To be quite frank, the keyboards that you are interested in are not meant for serious practicing. It would be much better for you to save up and get a quality instrument.
You can find a real upright Yamaha piano (perhaps even Baldwin) on Craigslist for $500 if you get lucky and keep checking every day.
The PSR-E413 doesn't have enough keys. You aren't going to get very far with that keyboard. It's a keyboard that is better suited to rock players and people doing midi stuff on a computer. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this if you are going to learn Classical music. It doesn't feel like a real piano.
The DGX-205 is a better choice, since it has more keys. Still, this doesn't feel like a real piano. The 305 version is slightly upgraded in ways that I assume you won't care about since you are just practicing on these keyboards.
The best affordable keyboards that Yamaha makes for practice are the stage pianos - P70, P85, etc. They are like $600ish brand new. I bet you can find a used one for much cheaper. Try ebay, Craigslist, etc. etc. That's what you should be getting if you want to be a serious Classical musician. It feels like a real piano.
